RADnet activities

At the 2013 National Toshao Conference, the Deputy Toshao of the National Toshao Council who is also the Toshao of Mainstay, Mr. Joel Fredericks, made an urgent call for his brother Toshaos from the Indigenous communities within the region to support his effort to have the main agro-processing facility in Mainstay operational.

On the 30th October 2013, Toshao Fredericks invited a number of stakeholders to a negotiation round and outlined the vision for making the facility fully operational. It was agreed that the cooperation and support needed for the operation will be discussed with the respective bodies at the community level and a feedback will be presented. At the negotiation rounds held on the 18th of November and the 9th of December 2013, the lists of farmers and letters of commitment from interested communities were presented to RADnet.
